What is the Cancellation Policy?
We have adopted a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services, we appreciate your consideration to call and notify us if rescheduling needs to be made. “No Shows” are responsible for 100% of cost of appointment.
Does appointment include wash?
Not at this time. Please come to appointment with hair completely cleaned and washed. However, wash service will be included for all services coming soon!
What hair is recommended?
As we work on our new hair collection, we recommended quality raw hair. Also, an HD Lace is preferred for all lace installations.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
If you are more than 15 minutes late please call to notify of delays and we will try our best to honor your appointment. After 30 mins, appointment may be cancelled.
Are guest/children allowed?
Not at this time.
What is the “Complete Look” add on?
The complete look add on includes jet black color rinse, wash & condition, and/or plucking to your hair extensions. This ensures you to get a flawless install that will last!
